Richard Fifer’s Focus On Mining Industry And Affinity On Panamanian Soil

The early professional years of Richard Fifer saw him with a special fervor in oil and gas exploration. He introduced new philosophy in oil exploration and expanded its interpretation and processing all over Petroleos de Venezuela, Puerto La Cruz, Caracas, HOCOL company, and in many other counties during1981 to 1987. Many Latin American countries ware benefited through his direct service in establishing many business plans. Yet, all through his devotion to oil and gas domain, his intense professional interest specially in mining industry did not diminish. All along his innate spirit for achieving in mining industry might be awaiting an opportunity to establish his prowess. He foresaw a bright fortune for Panama in mining industry and, as a visionary engineer he wished to implement his long nurtured plans in the mining industry. He was confident that his vision and plan would definitely grant big boons tangible to the country with his dream project. Such a dream landed him in Canada in North America where he met a group of opulent investors and convinced them to favor him in converting his dream into reality. With their endeavor in financing, Richard Fifer was happy to develop a mining industry in Panama where his geological fervor led to sow the seed for the great future for mining industry during the later eighties. His passion for the industry did not complete even then. He was so enthusiastic to continue his search for further funding from different other sources and in the process, it was in Cocle the central province of Panama where he began his formal journey in mining industry. Here was the starting point of his delight after years of his dream for Panamanian development.
